Lucent CBT is managed by Selina Khunkhuna who also offers one to one therapy. Selina is an experienced BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Pychotherapies) accredited therapist. Currently working for an NHS IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) service, Selina is used to dealing with a range of mental health problems.

Having overcome depression herself, Selina has a good empathy for people struggling with their mental health. She has also campaigned for the end of stigma regarding mental health volunteering for Rethink’s famous Time to Change campaign.

Selina is published in the BABCP’s CBT Today magazine and contributed to Stonewall’s It Gets Better Today campaign.
